How You Can Help

Pray:

Pray for the children, leaders, helpers, Advisory Committee and Directors of Youth and Children's Ministries.

Teach:

Consider teaching one of our classes for a semister: fall, winter or spring. All materials are provided and each class has two teachers to distribute the workload. For a job description detailing the responsibilities of teachers, contact the Directors of Youth and Children's Ministries and members of the Advisory Committee.

Advise:

Consider joining the Advisory Committee which works with the Rector and the Directors of Youth and Children's Ministries to pursue a qualtity program of Christian education. It prays for the needs of the Sunday School, promotes the importance of Christian education, and is involved in short and long term planning to ensure the stability of the Sunday School.

Speak:

Every Sunday during the 9:15 am service, there is a Children's Talk, given by a different member of the congregation. This is a wonderful opportunity to share the Christian faith with children

Support:

Various support roles are required, such as: substitute teacher, class helper, guest speaker, musician, special event coordinator, and preparing treats for snack time. Please contact the Director of Christian Education or the Advisory Committee if you would like to help
